Job Description: Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa is currently searching for a creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team. The ideal candidate is required to have 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting as a designer and should be inspired to launch their career.
Job Summary:
To enhance Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa branding by developing graphics and publications that support the overall vision and direction of the Resort.

Director of Marketing

Essential Functions:
•Print and web collateral
•Weekly e-blasts
•Some website support, development and updates
•Develop effective and timely marketing campaigns for distribution in magazine, newsprint and digital media.
•Extensive production of in-house sales and marketing materials including brochures, posters and point-of-sale displays.
•Advertisements, local magazines, Arden Hills monthly magazine, direct mail and marketing collateral for The Spa, The Boutique, Sprouts Natural Foods Café, Fitness, Personal Training, Tennis, Swimming, Weddings and Events, Mangos Restaurant, The Villas, General Resort and promotions.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
•Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Graphic Design or related field is required.
•1-2 years experience working in business setting or professional internship required
•Advanced level at Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
•Knowledge of web design (advanced knowledge a plus)
•Creative eye for layout design, with the ability to think outside the box
•Excellent communications skills
•Positive and collaborative attitude
•Strong work ethic
•Ability to successfully multitask
•Well organized with attention to details
•Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines also required
